TenancyTrail keeps a clear record of a tenancy: the agreement, repairs, messages, inspections, rent reviews and reminders. Landlords and agents can share a home with their tenants through iCloud.

Common questions

Do I need an account? No. Your records stay on your device and, if you choose, in your own iCloud.

How do I share a home with my tenant? Open the home, go to People, and choose who to invite. Both of you need to be signed in to iCloud.

I’ve got a new phone. How do I get my records back? Sign in to the same iCloud account, open TenancyTrail and choose Restore from iCloud on the welcome screen.

Does TenancyTrail give legal advice? No. In Ireland it links to the RTB and official guidance. Elsewhere, check your local rules.
