How do I share my list?

Go to Profile → Household → Invite people to this list, and send the invite by Messages or Mail. The other person opens the link on their iPhone with ShopReady installed. Everyone needs to be signed in to iCloud.

Changes aren't showing on the other phone

Check that both phones are online and signed in to iCloud, and that Sync with iCloud is on in Profile → Household. Tap Refresh now. Changes made offline sync automatically when the phone reconnects.

I put something in the basket by mistake

Swipe the item left in the basket, or touch and hold it, and choose Remove or Edit.

How do I finish a shop?

ShopReady asks whether you've finished when everything is ticked off, or when you leave a saved shop if automatic shop sessions are on. You can also finish at any time with the Finish button at the top of the basket.

Siri doesn't understand me

Try "Add milk to my ShopReady list" for something you've added before. Siri learns new item names shortly after you add them in the app.

Why does ShopReady ask for my location?

Only to remember where your shops are, and (if you turn it on) to notice when you arrive at or leave one. It's optional, and your location never leaves your iPhone. See the privacy policy.
